To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged. Please ensure that all tags remain attached and the product is in sellable condition before initiating a return.

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures that you receive your preferred choice promptly, without waiting for the return process to complete.
